Shine Event is a mobile communication platform for large and small organizations. It´s perfect for events, fairs or as an internal communication tool for companies. As an administrator, you can publish images, text, files such as MS Office documents, PDF files and videos to your app users who receive all information depending on their role in the organization. With the help of an easy-to-use permission module, you can create groups of users and assign different reading permissions.

You can communicate directly with all or parts of your organization with push notifications that are sent out in real time. These can then be linked to specific content in the app that is accessed with a single click.

 

Functions

SHARE ACCESS
Users in your organization will receive an activation code from you as the owner. This activation is used to create an account and is also linked to one or more group memberships that control what the user should be able to access.
This means that you can share specific content with specific groups of users.
Example of use: Divide conference participants or staff into different groups in order to then be able to control what information the different groups receive.

SHARE CONTENT
Publish content such as text, images, MS Office documents, PDFs, videos and more.
Example of use: Publish specific information aimed at different user groups.

SHARE SCHEDULES
Create and publish simple or advanced schedules. A schedule can span weeks, months and years but also be very detailed down to the hour and minute and also contain different time slots that have different read permissions depending on which group the user belongs to.
Example of use: Create daily schedules down to the minute level that communicate when and where a particular group should gather, work or confer.

SHARE MAPS
Create and share Google Maps with multiple pins and locations. Maps may link to the original version of Google Maps to enable navigation features to be enabled.
Examples of use: Create Googlemaps that show one or more "points of interest". In addition, you can connect all "pins" to navigation.

SEND PUSHNOTICES
Create and send push notifications!
You can communicate directly with all or parts of your organization with push notifications that are sent out in real time. These can then be linked to specific content in the app that is accessed with a single click.
Example of use: Notify a special group of conference participants, staff or the like about, for example, time changes in schedules. You can also send links to websites or files.


WEB-BASED ADMIN
The system includes a web-based CMS system where you can administer all content in real time.
